SERVICES

We ship worldwide via FedEx International Economy International express registered mail service. Pos Laju will dispatch deliveries within Malaysia.

After your order is verified, the goods will be shipped in 3-7 working days(excluded weekend), varies depending on stock availability and the necessity of stock transfer.

There are some cases where orders may be delayed due to factors out of our control.

Futuremadestudio.com is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the postal service, courier or customs agencies

CUSTOMS

Any customs or import duties charged once a delivery reaches its destination country is the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you in advance what the cost would be, because customs policies and import duties vary widely around the world. If you would like to know how much your duties will be on an order, you should contact your local customs office.

DELIVERY STATUS

When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via email which you can use to track your order.

 

RETURNS

Products may only be exchanged or refunded if they are found to be damaged or defective.

To avoid errors and affecting the inventory of the goods, the quantity and size of the items cannot be changed once your order is completed.

Please confirm the quantity and size of the product before placing the order (refer to the size chart for measurement).

Size exchange through email will not be entertained.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If the product is damaged or defective you have the right to enter a claim.

HOW TO ENTER A CLAIM

Please contact us within 3 days once you received the product and discovered the fault.

We will first try to replace the product but if we are unable to replace the product then we will refund you in full. When we have received the defective product and the claim has been approved, you will be informed via email and a replacement product will be sent to you.

showroom.com.my will compensate the shipping cost of returning products. In the case of a full refund showroom.com.my will also compensate the initial shipping costs.

We are not responsible for payment gateway’s processing fees.

CONDITIONS

Damaged or defective products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and complete with all original tags and/or packaging.

We do not accept returns of inner/underwear and socks which are not in their original packaging due to hygiene reasons.

Return packages must be sent with a traceable insured service. We do not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the return transit.

If returning an item from outside of Malaysia, the package must be marked ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to avoid any

customs charges. showroom.com.my is NOT responsible for any return customs charges made.
